building professional, we begin our work
with you to draw up "the contract," the most detailed
and descriptive in the business which acts as
the foundation for our partnership together. |
Planning Phase

Creating Blueprints
You can chose to work with
us directly on blueprints that we've already
designed. With some modifications, you can
develop your own vision of time-proven homes
that Greyson has built and has displayed in our
offices.
We can also introduce
you to some of the areas finest architects that
have contributed to the design and beauty of
homes in the area built by Greyson and others .
We stand side-by-side with you during the design
process. This service will be of
immeasurable value as we advise you on all costs
necessary to develop your home within your
budget. |
Permit Phase

Getting
Clearance from Local Authorities
Our decade of knowledge
and experience with all the local village
building departments will aid your plan review
process and handle the red tape encountered
during the permit process, minimizing the
obstacles that our competition struggles with. |
Implementation Phase

President Joe Greybar, along with
our entire team of experienced production
management professionals, guide the development of your custom
home.
Over the years we've contracted with some of the
industry's leading consultants to develop and
reinvent a first class business approach to
building your home, an approach only Greyson can
display to you on demand at any time.
Depending on the size of the project, there are
some 1000 plus managerial steps that need to be
addressed during the construction phase.
These steps are well balanced and allocated to
all staff members to ensure the timeliest of
production schedules. Ask our contractors
and they'll tell you of our reliability in
scheduling deadlines. They are our best
source when meeting and exceeding your
expectations.
We're there with you at each and every step;
sometimes interacting with you on decisions, and
at other times working tirelessly behind the
scenes to ensure that actions are progressing
with village officials, vendors, suppliers,
inspectors and contractors.
We will guide you in the all-important
selections process; helping you make
timely decisions about the finishes and making sure
that vendors and suppliers are delivering the
right goods and materials to the worksite in a
timely manner. |
The Happy
Ending
|
| Includes the true
completion of the home complete with occupancy
permits, final
inspections, closing and picking up your keys.
Maintaining an ongoing relationship with the
customer after the closing is very important to
us. Our services are available for referrals of
subcontractors for additional work you may
desire in your new home. We will also stand
behind our one-year structural and mechanical
warranty of your home.
